This is an extensive timeline starting in the late 19th century. It is an important timeline to consider as part of other materials since it highlights the less promoted, yet very important, history of Zionism – the history left out of textbooks and the media. It includes important aspects such as the Arab Revolt (1936-9), Zionist terrorism through the Irgun & Lehi, Plan Dalet, massacres including in Lydda, assissination of UN peace mediator, UN resolution 194, and the apartheid system. It provides readers with a much better understanding of a Palestinian experience especially throughout the 20th century.
